    Position Summary:

    The Warehouse Manager will collaborate closely with the Technical Support Manager to oversee all logistical operations pertaining to technical support within North America. Primarily focused on managing the technical support warehouse. This role involves handling order fulfillment, inbound shipment tracking, customer returns, inventory management, and report generation to optimize warehouse performance. Working in tandem with the Technical Support Manager, the Warehouse Manager will contribute to the development and execution of short and long-term strategies to meet company objectives and elevate operational efficiency.

    Salary:

    $50,000 - $70,000
    Compensation will be proportionate with candidates' experience and qualifications.

    Summary of Essential Job Duties:

    • Prioritize and streamline processes to ensure inventory accuracy and timely delivery of technical support products.
    • Facilitate seamless communication with departmental leads.
    • Coordinate the timely processing of customer part requests within the technical support warehouse.
    • Maintain inventory accuracy in accordance with established objectives.
    • Conduct routine cycle counts and physical inventories as per company policies and objectives.
    • Investigate root causes of inventory variances and spearhead corrective measures.
    • Collaborate with the SCM and Purchasing teams to plan, place, and track spare part orders.
    • Address and rectify shipping/warehouse issues that impact technical support operations.
    • Foster a collaborative environment between SCM and the Technical Support Team.
    • Ability to lift 50lbs unassisted.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Information Technology).
    • 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, technical support logistics, or related areas.
    • Proficiency with inventory control systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
    • Strong grasp of inventory control principles, including cycle counting and root cause analysis.
    • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and promoting departmental collaboration.
    • Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes, transportation logistics, and supply chain management.
    • Demonstrated expertise in managing 3PL vendors and negotiating terms.
    • Strong data analysis skills, including tool development and report generation.

    • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and/or ERP Systems; familiarity with Business Central is advantageous.
    • Thorough understanding of distribution functions and associated financial aspects.
    • Knowledge of international shipping requirements for product import/export.
    • Advanced Microsoft Suite skills, particularly Excel.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

    Work Environment and Expectations:

    This is a full-time position with flexible working hours, typically 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. However, flexibility is offered to accommodate different time zones, as collaboration with international offices may be required. Occasional evening work may be necessary to answer questions or coordinate international shipments with our Taiwan office. Remote work options are available, with dedicated office space provided for those opting to work from the office more than three days a week.
