What we need...An Automation Engineer to streamline the build, deployment, and testing processes associated with our software development lifecycle. You will leverage your experience in code management, CI/CD, and containerized deployments to help shape our strategic direction. You will be a pioneer of change by introducing new automations and assisting teams as they adopt new processes.

What you'll do...
Maintain subject matter expertise in systems used for code management, CI/CD, and containerization
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to design, code and implement CI/CD pipelines
Troubleshoot automation issues to mitigate delays to time-sensitive releases
Assist with the migration toward containerized deployments (on-prem and cloud-based)
Work with stakeholders to ensure source control systems and methodologies are meeting current and future needs
Foster a culture of collaboration, automation and continuous improvement
What you'll bring...
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred for this role but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications
3+ years implementing CI/CD pipeline experience
Working knowledge of containerization platforms and orchestration tools (Kubernetes), source control systems (GitLab, Azure DevOps Server), and proficiency in several programming/scripting languages (C#, Java, Python, Bash)
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate on projects with multiple stakeholders
Experience mentoring others in the adoption of new technologies and processes
Project planning and tracking experience, familiarity with Agile methodology and Jira a plus
