Job Description:

L3Harris is seeking a Program Manager with an interest in military avionics to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of a military avionics production program. This position will have direct interface with customers, suppliers, and internal leadership.

Essential Functions:

Manage programs through the integration of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) processes and procedures
Work effectively within a matrix organization to ensure all resources (i.e. engineering, supply chain, and facilities) are available to support the program
Foster a culture of trust

Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Understand and manage the contract baseline utilizing change management processes
Manage program risks, opportunities, and issues following a structured risk management process
Analyze and summarize performance data
Identify trends and communicate findings to internal leadership and customers
Proactively work with team to establish goals and drive favorable outcomes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant project or program management experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
Experience leading cross functional teams
Experience with EVMS and Risk & Opportunity Management
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 product suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with cost rolling waves and baseline process
