Job summary
We are reseller of telecommunications infrastructure equipment seeking proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support sales organization. This individual will ensure smooth sales operations facilitating order entry and processing managing customer interactions and supporting Senior Account Executives.Responsibilities
- Contract Entry: Accurately enter and update contracts and purchase orders in the system ensuring all details terms and conditions are correctly documented.
- Inventory Reports: Pull and provide reports related to inventory management regularly.
- Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to contract terms product specifications pricing and other details while performing thorough reviews of contracts purchase orders and related documentation.
- Written Verbal Communication: Effectively communicate with suppliers vendors internal teams discuss product requirements pricing delivery timelines.
