Prepares food in accordance with applicable federal state and corporate standards guidelines regulations established policies procedures Ensures quality food service provided at times Essential Duties Responsibilities:
- Prepares high-quality food items according standardized recipes instructions production delivery service schedules Serves meals prepares delivery correct portioning outlined standards ensuring food correct temperature attractive tasty Tastes prepared food items Uses established ticket collection procedures during service Responsible records area worked during periods Cleans kitchen preparation serving maintaining high standards cleanliness Stores discards excess food safe-food-handling procedures Keeps refrigerators storerooms clean neat ensures food supply items stored per standards Operates maintains kitchen equipment instructed Assists production planning record keeping reporting required Assists ordering receiving all foods supplies required Reports needed maintenance faulty equipment accidents supervisor immediately Attends in-service safety meetings Maintains good working relationships coworkers customers administrators managers Performs job safely maintaining clean safe work environment Performs duties assigned Ensures proper presentation portion control maintenance serving temperatures follows HACCP standards Personal commitment own safety others Abides Company policies procedures including use medium-weight cut gloves handling knives peelers choppers mandolins cleaning slicer use oven mitts fryer gloves steamer gloves handling hot pans ovens warmers steamtables use slip-resistant shoes lifting techniques
