    LanceSoft is seeking a LPN / LVN Skilled Nursing for a local contract job in Lake Isabella, California.

    Shift & Schedule:

    • Day Shift – 12.5 hours

    • Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday

    • Shift Time: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

    • Hours: 36 hours/week

    • Holiday Coverage: Not required

    • On-Call: No
     

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Assess, plan, and implement nursing care under RN supervision

    • Provide direct patient care and administer medications

    • Ensure continuity of resident care

    • Supervise CNAs and support staff

    • Maintain accurate documentation using EMR (PointClickCare)
     

    Required Experience & Qualifications:

    • Active California LVN License – Required

    • Minimum 2 years Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care experience – Required

    • BLS Certification – Required

    • EMR experience – Required (PointClickCare)

    • Must pass nursing medical test

    • Strong verbal and written English communication skills

    • Basic computer skills required
