Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative
Salary: $22.43 per hour [$45,196.45 yearly]
+10% Bilingual Skill Differential

You'll be the first contact for our customers: answering billing questions, making policy changes, and providing recommendations. Many associates see a base salary increase of 10% within their first year as a Customer Service Representative. Top associates can see increases up to 15%
Qualifications & Skills
- 12 months or more of relevant customer-facing / customer service experience [preferred]
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- An active P&C or Personal Lines Insurance license is preferred
- Experience providing outstanding customer service
- Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
