Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 2+ years of experience required

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility
• Schedule: M-F
• Days per week: 5
• Any call or weekend coverage: Only occasionally if there is an admit, but schedule will be adjusted
