Azenta Life Sciences is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to manage monitor maintain document install configure its enterprise LAN WAN VPN This position plays a key role in corporate initiatives to maintain a robust modern global network at Azenta Works on multifaceted problems that always require new and creative thinking.
Responsibilities
- Providing production support architecture life-cycle management configuration maintenance of switches routers firewalls wireless networks and network appliances systems in a global enterprise environment.
- Completing documentation cross-training Working with other teams to resolve issues deliver solutions Responding to network-related incidents service requests project tasks Responsible for planning ordering implementation of LAN WAN Wireless equipment Utilizes knowledge monitor troubleshoot resolve requests problems outages timely effective manner assistance vendors house resources guides mentors members IT organization Providing solid understanding secure network architecture Working Cisco Meraki products installing configuring maintaining routers switches Working Palo Alto products installing configuring maintaining firewalls Working AWS VPN VPC Route53 Security Groups Building upgrading configuring new existing system components Providing technical documentation solutions Diagrams Test Plans Requirements Work outside vendors planning installations data voice communication networks What you will Bring Bachelor Degree equivalent combination education experience certifications Minimum years relevant technical knowledge areas related platform specific systems operations Experience LAN WAN SDWAN VLAN EIGRP OSPF VPN MPLS NAT QOS SSL Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure Experience configuring supporting enterprise grade network equipment routers switches wireless firewalls Experienced troubleshooting skills Ability work effectively personnel levels Preferred Skills Experience Project Management Technical Certifications college degree preferred Strong written verbal communication skills Ability adapt growing dynamic environments Site-based role one our main US sites South Plainfield NJ Burlington MA Indianapolis IN hybrid work schedule May asked travel occasionally anticipated around % EO M F Disabled Vet
