    Description of Role:

    We are seeking a Staff Accountant that will be hired on directly with one of our clients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Preparing reports
    • Maintaining general ledgers and accounts payable files
    • Managing tax obligations
    • Creating and maintaining financial records and statements
    • Balancing budgets
    • Handling basic accounting tasks

    Skills & Requirements:

    • 2+ years of accounting experience.
    • Quickbooks desktops
    • Proficient in Excel
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Working knowledge of GAAP.
    • Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
    • Good problem-solving and time management skills.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented

    Work Schedule:

    Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
