    Restaurant Shift Supervisor

    Reports to: Restaurant General Manager

    As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our restaurant operates smoothly during your shift. You will deliver exceptional guest service, oversee staff, and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Your hands-on approach and ability to work collaboratively with the Management Team will be essential in executing our business strategy. You'll also be responsible for training team members and addressing any issues that arise promptly.

    • Following company guidelines for cost control and resource utilization.
    • Leading with empathy and fairness, fostering teamwork.

    • Managing shift activities to achieve operational excellence.
    • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Supporting the team by taking on various roles as needed, such as preparing food or cleaning.
    • Performing other duties as assigned.

    What Makes You a Great Fit:

    • At least 18 years of age.
    • High school diploma or equivalent experience in restaurant management.
    • Experience in fast food or similar restaurant environment required.
    • Strong communication skills in English; Spanish comprehension is a plus.
    • Proven leadership abilities and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
    • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
    • Willingness to learn all aspects of restaurant operations.
    • Positive attitude and a genuine passion for serving others.
    • Respectful and caring treatment of all team members.
    • Self-motivated, action-oriented, and willing to learn.
    • Accountable for your actions and open about mistakes.
    • Prompt and dependable attendance at assigned shifts.
    • Reliable transportation to work and company events.
    • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
    • Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform various physical tasks.
