    Winter Haven Honda is seeking an EXPERIENCED Detailer to join our team We continue to grow our business and our reconditioning department has more work than they can handle This candidate will have the ability to turn a previously owned vehicle into a front line or showroom floor vehicle (wet sanding and buffing experience required).We pay a top rate, have the best equipment and supplies in the industry and most importantly a family atmosphere.

    Don't delayRESPONSIBILITIES:
    Washes and conditions vehicle exterior, including tires, wheels, under-carriage, and under-hood components and waxing/buffingCleans and conditions vehicle interior, including vacuuming, shampooing, applying fabric/leather treatments, and polishingInspects vehicles for noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery, and poor mechanical operationEnsures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly storedHelps maintain shop appearance and safety standards and ensures the shop runs in an efficient manner by performing duties such as inventory stocking and other general functionsFollows all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rulesPerforms other duties as assigned


    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Automotive Detail Shop ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED RequiredValid Driver's License and able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehiclesExcellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skillsNeat, clean, and professional appearanceSafety and customer service orientedAble to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
