A dynamic law firm is seeking a seasoned Business Litigation Partner to join its expanding Florida office.This role is ideal for a litigator with a portable book of business (preferred $500K+), strong courtroom and strategic advisory experience, and a desire to continue scaling a practice within a platform that emphasizes collaboration, entrepreneurial thinking, and long‑term growth.

Business Litigation Partner Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complex commercial and business litigation matters from inception through resolution.
Oversee client relationships and ensure delivery of exceptional legal strategy and outcomes.
Grow your current book by leveraging internal cross‑selling opportunities across multiple practice areas.
Collaborate with partners and firm leadership on business development plans and strategic growth initiatives.
Mentor associates and litigation teams on case strategy, trial preparation, and client management.
Participate in firm committees and contribute to the continued elevation of the litigation practice.
Business Litigation Partner Qualifications:
Juris Doctor and active Florida Bar license.
8+ years of experience in commercial or business litigation, including trial or arbitration exposure.
Portable book of business of approximately $500K or more (larger practices are strongly encouraged).
Demonstrated ability to independently handle complex disputes and provide strategic counsel to business clients.
Strong collaborative orientation and ability to work well across departments and offices.
