    POSITION OVERVIEW:


    Photonic Integrated Circuit Manager with expertise in quantum technologies required to lead a team in developing state-of-the-art photonic integrated circuits for quantum computing applications.

    As a key member of our technical leadership, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the quantum technology roadmap and driving the success of our quantum computing initiatives.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Technical Leadership:

    Lead a team of engineers and researchers in the design, characterization & manufacturing of photonic integrated circuits with a focus on quantum computing applications.

    Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.


    Project Management:


    Manage and oversee all aspects of photonic integrated circuit projects, from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate photonic technologies into larger quantum computing systems.


    Research and Development:
    Stay abreast of the latest advancements in quantum technologies and photonic integrated circuits, incorporating relevant innovations into our projects.
    Drive research initiatives to explore new possibilities and enhance the performance of our quantum computing systems.


    Collaboration and Communication:
    Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and industry experts to leverage collective knowledge and accelerate project success.
    Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Ph.
    D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field with a focus on photonic integrated circuits and quantum technologies.
    Proven experience in managing teams and leading the development of photonic integrated circuits, ideally in a quantum computing context.
    Strong background in quantum information processing, quantum optics, and quantum technologies.
    Demonstrated expertise in designing and optimizing photonic devices for quantum applications.
    Experience leading a team, managing direct reports, reporting to the C-Level staff & developing roadmaps.
    Excellent project management and leadership skills.
    Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
