What Youll Do
As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager (deputizing when required) in managing the daily operation of the store to ensure our customers have an amazing experience. You will also work to maximize sales, maintain store standards, and motivate your team. By exceeding customer expectations and delivering on Primarks proposition (outstanding VALUE; amazing FASHION in an exciting retail ENVIRONMENT while ensuring the customer experiences quality SERVICE) youll drive store sales to achieve targets.

To be successful in this role, you must have 4 years prior experience in retail leadership in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Our Assistant Store Managers typically join us with retail experience as either a Store Manager or an Assistant Store Manager.
