Athenix Cyber & SIGINT is seeking a Systems Engineer 5 to work in the in the Annapolis Junction, MD area.

Position Description:

• Provide systems engineering (SE) support to customer and partner research, development, testing and evaluation of Cyber capabilities
• Specific duties will include defining and producing SE products and architecture artifacts to baseline and document a pilot system's components, capabilities, interfaces, specifications and dependencies; and develop/document requirements and artifacts for full implementation of capabilities
• Build user guides and document end-to-end data flows along with lesson learned and mitigations from the pilot.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or other related discipline plus at least 15 years of systems engineering experience. A Master's degree or PhD may be substituted for two years of experience. A high school diploma or GED plus 19 years of systems engineering experience would also be acceptable.
• Expertise in documenting architectures and data flows
• Knowledge of, and experience with, sensors used for network security monitoring
• Understanding of Systems Administration concepts and practices.
• Position requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
