- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Associate Degree in Human Services or other related field *Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year for year basis.
- Three (3) years' experience operating computers, including software such as word, excel and power point.
- Two (2) years of experience working or volunteering with youth & families (teaching, activities, coaching, mentoring, etc.)
- Two (2) experience in customer service
- WA State Driver's License and must adhere to the Motor Vehicle Regulation ( Personal Automobile Insurance & Abstract Required )
- CPR/First Aid certificate. Must maintain as a condition of continued employment
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check

DEPARTMENT: Youth & Family Enrichment
JOB SUMMARY: Provide outreach, engagement and support services to youth, families and community. Work to increase access and participation. Plan and coordinate weekly after-school programs. Assist and partner with team members on programs. Work to ensure quality programming is being executed. Promote healthy behaviors and also partner with existing tribal entities and other youth-serving organizations to assist. Ensure programs are culturally relevant and trauma informed. Provide in-school and community outreach to youth and families to increase engagement. Work specifically within the boundaries of the Tulalip Reservation.
COMPENSATION : $23.25 hr.
