- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' psychosocial needs, strengths, and resources.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary team members.
- Provide evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques to address clients' emotional, behavioral, and social issues.
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources within the community.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community agencies to coordinate services and support for clients.
- Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities to enhance professional growth and development.
- Adhere to ethical standards and regulations governing social work practice in Michigan. Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Current LMSW, LMFT, or LPC licensure in the state of Michigan.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in social work practice or mental health services.
- Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based interventions and therapeutic approaches.
- Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in electronic health records and other relevant software applications.
- Commitment to cultural competency, diversity, and inclusion in social work practice. Benefits:
