Under the direction of the RN or Obstetrician, assists in maintaining a safe and orderly patient care environment in OB, adhering to established policy by performing items such as, but not limited to,assisting with peri-care and applying ice to the perineum;
cleaning and stocking rooms, including the cesarean room;
performing specimen collection, according to established procedure; Minimum of six (6)months recent experience as a Nurse Assistant in an acute care setting
Graduation froman approved program for OR Technicians or experience as a Surgery Technician
