    Mill Operator Trainee Job Summary We are currently seeking a skilled Concentrator Operator to join our team.

    In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the primary objective of safe production by making guided decisions and operating concentrator equipment.

    Mill Operator Trainee Responsibilities
    Maintain and operate concentrator equipment
    Perform detailed inspections of operating equipment and operational areas
    Complete area housekeeping duties
    Mill Operator Trainee Position Requirements
    Three (3) months work experience

    Must have completed academic and practical competencies required (this includes Line of Progression requirements for internal employees where LOP Exists) and have experience demonstrating the required aptitude.

    This exam is based on skills/abilities and/or academic knowledge; Ability to communicate in English with respect to job assignments, job procedures, and applicable safety standards
    Knowledge of milling, crushing and conveying equipment. Including operating parameters, limits and functionality of equipment

    Employees who are required to work on-site are eligible for a $1,450 monthly housing allowance, provided they meet program guidelines.
