    Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking entry to mid level Help Desk Analysts to support the Virginia Customer on a Full Time engagement sitting out of Redmond, WA.

    Must have active Full Scope Polygraph to be considered for this role.

    Qualifications for the Help Desk Analyst include:
    Basic understanding of Windows/Linux Operating systems
    Experience with Active Directory and basic IT troubleshooting
    A+ or Security+ certification highly desired
    Strong communication skills and attentiveness to detail
    Active FSP clearance required

    Responsibilities for the Help Desk Analyst include:
    Responding to tickets for basic IT troubleshooting issues
    Managing accounts and access
    Escalating issues when necessarily to sys admins and cyber team
    Ensure that customer needs are met
    Compensation for the Help Desk Analyst includes:70-110K salary based on experience
