    Are you ready to hit the open road with a supportive team behind you? We're looking for dedicated Company Drivers to join our operations at our future terminal in Obetz, OH. With us, you'll enjoy the freedom of driving without the hassle of truck ownership—our equipment is company-owned and maintained, so you can focus on what you do best

    Your Journey Awaits: Key Responsibilities

    • Travel Across 47 States: Experience diverse routes (note: we don't service CA and prefer to avoid the NW states during winter).
    • Flexible Work Schedule: Work based on customer needs—no dedicated routes yet, but we're building more opportunities through our logistics sister company
    • Easy Freight Handling: Enjoy drop and hook, no touch freight.
    • Drive Modern Equipment: Operate 2020 or newer sleeper trucks that are well-maintained.
    • Home Time: We understand the importance of family and can accommodate your schedule.
    • Compensation for Delays: Earn $25 per hour for detention after 2 hours at the facility.
    • Fair Pay: Benefit from deadhead rates and low mileage rates for fair compensation, plus $200 per day for breakdowns/maintenance on the road (up to $1,000 a week).

    Are You the Right Fit? Requirements

    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of CDL A experience.
    • Age: Must be 25 years or older (under 75 for insurance reasons).
    • Driving Record: Less than 1 moving violation in the last 2 years on your MVR.
    • Safety First: No drug test failures or serious violations in the past 15 years.
