    Job Title: Pediatric Intensivist

    Location: South Carolina

    We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pediatric Intensivist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.

    This role involves providing patient care and general rounding in a well-equipped PICU, supported by subspecialty backups in Pediatric Surgery, Pediatric GI Surgery, and Neonatology. The provider will work 15-16 shifts per month, with a combination of on-call responsibilities and scheduled shifts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Providing patient care and general rounding in the PICU
    • Collaborating with subspecialty teams to ensure comprehensive care
    • Participating in on-call rotations and responding to critical situations
    • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care

    Requirements:

    • SC License or IMLC certification
    • BC or BE pediatric residency training
    • Ability to perform required procedures, including intubation, line placement, and spinal tap
