    We are seeking a talented "hybrid / remote" (ability to be onsite in Springfield VA or Herndon VA) Program / Project Management Support Specialist to join our team in Springfield, VA. Program / Project Management Support Specialist will provide support for execution and modification of all business processes related to TSA's MSD Workforce Development, including project tracking methodologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Workforce Development team.


    • Take full ownership of ad-hoc projects assigned by the Executive Leadership team and Branch Chiefs.


    • Assist with program document composition support, editing and illustration functions, and tracking and processing of numerous comments, changes and revisions to written reports and other transportation security-related guidelines and documents throughout the duration of the document development process.


    • Provide facilitation support of unanticipated conferences and workshops, include logistics coordination, material preparation, meeting facilitation and meeting notes and follow-up.


    • Coordinate and consolidate data analysis and reporting support, to include Data Calls, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Whitepapers, Reports, Dashboards, Deliverables Reviews, Market Analysis and Design artifacts.


    • Provide research and investigative support for organizational, operational and technical issues in support of TSA's MSD goals, objectives and decisions.


    • Develop briefing materials for reporting for Executive Leadership and Branch Chiefs within the Division.


    • Provide independent project coordination and management as assigned.

    Requirements:


    • 5+ years demonstrated knowledge and experience in consulting and business analysis.


    • BA/BS required.


    • Must be a U.S. Citizen and successfully obtain TSA Public Trust


    • Must have experience working with a federal government department or agency as a contractor or employee.


    • Ability to effectively and efficiently work on simultaneous projects at a given time.


    • Background in processing government conferences and understanding related policy for is a plus.


    • Ability to quickly recognize and prioritize competing tasks.


    • Ability to establish and maintain a collaborative relationship with stakeholders at various levels from executive to support.


    • Intermediate to Advanced Expertise with MS Office Software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, SharePoint, etc.)


    • Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Power BI


    • Strong analytical and research skills.


    • Excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal skills


    • Detail and process oriented with a bias towards information quality.

    Desired Skills (not required but preferred)


    • Project Management Professional (PMP)


    • Agile, Scrum, SAFe Certifications
