Overview:
St. Mary s Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Pulmonologist/Critical Care Physician to join our growing, hospital-based practice in Amsterdam, NY.

We proudly opened our state-of-the-art Pulmonology, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine Center in 2024, enhancing our ability to provide comprehensive respiratory and sleep disorder care to our community.

Position Highlights:
State-of-the-Art Facilities Our brand-new center features an 8-bed ICU, sleep labs, and advanced diagnostic technology.
Minimal call schedule 1:4 call rotation with nocturnist coverage in the ICU overnight.
Open ICU model Covered by skilled hospitalists during the day for added support.
Advanced pulmonary procedures Access to endobronchial ultrasound, bronchoscopy, and other state-of-the-art technologies.
Large referral base Ability to grow outpatient practice on day one

Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary Range - $425K - $450K (commensurate with experience).
Competitive compensation package, including base salary + sign-on bonus and semiannual bonuses for patient satisfaction & productivity.
