In this highly visible role, you will have the opportunity to mentor, supervise and direct the employed medical oncology staff.
Additionally, you will help direct clinical research and trials to ensure that the Center becomes one of the leading providers of precision cancer care.
You will also guide processes that achieve improvement in the quality of patient care through evidence-based clinical practices and promote best practices in an integrative model of care.
The ideal candidates will be Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology with at least 7 years of experience, including both administrative and clinical expertise.
Prior leadership experience in clinical research and service line development and expansion as well as the ability to build cohesive teams to provide best outcomes is critical.
Success developing relationships with community physicians is expected, along with excellent communication skills, business acumen and personal integrity.
