Are you a skilled CDL driver seeking a M-F schedule? CDL A - Regional Driver CDL Truck Driver Duties and Responsibilities

Efficiently follow routes and schedules to meet delivery deadlines
Operate 26' box trucks in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Transport general freight, palletized products, boxes, etc.
Regional travel throughout Georgia and Alabama
3-4 days OTR (Thursday and Fridays will be local)
Occasionally 4-5 days OTR (no weekends)
Driver will not unload haul
Vehicle provided
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of trips, including driver logs, mileage, and delivery receipts.
Adhere to traffic laws and regulations, including hours-of-service requirements.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and supervisors for delivery updates and addressing issues or delays.
Handle paperwork and documentation for shipments, including bills of lading and delivery confirmations.
Maintain a clean and organized truck, inside and out, and do routine vehicle maintenance tasks.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and safe driving practices.
Offer exceptional customer service by professionally interacting with clients and handling inquiries or concerns.
Follow company policies and procedures related to driver safety, performance, and conduct.

CDL Truck Driver Requirements and Qualifications

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL A)
Hazmats
Minimum of 3 years of CDL truck driving experience
Clean driving record with no major accidents or traffic violations
Knowledge of federal and state transportation regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with dispatchers, customers, and team members
Familiarity with GPS navigation and route planning
Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules
Commitment to safety for oneself and others on the road
Professional and customer-oriented attitude

Salary:
$65,000 - $70,000 per year
