TCS022, T4, Band 7 Responsibilities: * Collaborate with program leads and cloud architects to translate vision into an actionable roadmap.

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
• Establish and uphold engineering standards to ensure consistency and quality.
• Promote automation and streamline DevSecOps practices across teams.
• Partner with customers and application teams to deliver software that meets security, monitoring, and performance standards.
• Simplify architecture and operations to enhance efficiency and maintainability.
• Lead efforts to create "as a service" models for cross-functional teams.
• Mentor team members and foster their professional growth.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of Cloud Engineers

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have an active TS/SCI.
• A bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field is required for this position or an additional 4 years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement. An Associate's degree and 2 years of relevant work experience may also be considered in lieu of the degree requirement
• 8+ years' experience with the execution and management of large-scale Information Technology (IT) Projects. This includes 2+ years of direct experience in leading and executing enterprise-wide IT solutions in the private or public sector.

Experience includes:

Project management of technically and functionally diverse and complex IT Projects; Implementing detailed management techniques such as Earned Value Analysis; IT solution architectural analysis and design; Software and system developmental and acceptance testing; Acts as manager and overall point of contact for a specific project within an overall enterprise-wide IT solution Project.

• 5+ years of experience leading and developing applications using Terraform, Python/Java, CI/CD pipelines, AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, and cloud security tools.
• Proven ability to identify and implement technical improvements to enhance efficiency, performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Strong communication skills and experience working directly with clients to maximize satisfaction

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Familiarity with DevSecOps automation tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in configuring and maintaining tools like Jenkins, JIRA, SonarQube, and Git.
• Knowledge of cyber vulnerabilities and threat tactics.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively in both written and oral formats.

Pay Transparency Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment.

Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.

Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances. Annual Base Pay Minimum for this Position $ 116,500.00 Annual Base Pay Maximum for this Position $ 185,000.00 *
