- Continuously enhance your knowledge of our current product and service offerings as well as developments within the financial technology industry to stay informed.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions with your leader.

Job Summary
As a Sales Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by prospecting and conducting Auris Payroll presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses, ultimately closing deals within a fast-paced sales cycle. You will report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive valuable coaching from a Territory Manager. Your responsibilities will involve effectively communicating our value proposition to clients, utilizing our Atlas CRM for tracking, upselling current clients on additional Heartland products and services, and maintaining regular communication with your Payroll Territory Manager and/or Payroll Division Manager.
Your objective as a Sales Account Executive is to successfully close sales for our business solutions with merchants in your area. You will collaborate closely with your local Payroll Division Manager or Territory Manager to schedule appointments with business owners, leveraging your personal network and referral partnerships. During these appointments, you will uncover client needs and present tailored Auris solutions, driving sales for small to mid-sized businesses.
During your initial training period, your Payroll Division Manager or Territory Manager will accompany you on your first appointments to guide you through our short-cycle sales process. Utilizing our tablet-based CRM platform, Atlas, you will engage in lead generation, conduct sales presentations, perform on-the-spot client financial analyses, and process paperless contracts. Once trained, you will have the flexibility to set your own work schedule and maximize your earning potential through a 100% commission structure and ongoing residuals from the business you generate.

Our compensation structure is competitive, with first-year professionals expecting to earn an average of $90,000 - $105,000+ if performing in the top 25%, including uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity.
