- Properly loading and securing merchandise on delivery vehicle
- Safely driving delivery vehicle
- Properly installing and demonstrating the product to the customer in their home
- Clean and certify merchandise in the backroom
- Maintain the store's backroom warehouse in a neat and orderly manner
- Ensure that delivery schedule is followed and route sheets are properly filled out
- Confirm customer identification, explain lease agreement, collect money, and obtain customer's signature on lease agreement
- Assist with showroom display and marketing efforts in the field
- Verify correct merchandise and accessories for delivery
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum high school diploma preferred (not required)
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and have a good driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Position routinely requires lifting, loading, and using a dolly for merchandise
- Professional and neat appearance
- Strong technical skills or working knowledge of appliances & electronics
