Program Statement: Catholic Charities' Outpatient Mental Health Program is hiring an experienced, communicative and compassionate individual to serve as a case manager for Summit County. The program offers creative treatment and prevention programs that enhance the strengths of Summit County families while treating each individual with professionalism and respect. We are a faith-based organization that provides professional services without regard to a person's personal belief system and are certified by the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services. We provide comprehensive clinical assessments for mental health and/or substance abuse.

What you will be doing;

Providing Case Management for clients of our integrated substance use and mental health program. You will be part of an innovative team providing direct service to clients, and coordinating with peer recovery supporters and clinicians.
