    About the Role:
    We are seeking a Lead Front-End Developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in modern front-end technologies and frameworks.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build responsive, user-friendly web applications.
    Translate design mockups and wireframes into pixel-perfect, functional web interfaces with high attention to detail.
    Develop scalable micro-frontends using React, , , or Angular, and implement module federation.
    Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
    Utilize CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS for consistent and efficient styling.
    Manage code with Git, adhering to version control and collaborative development best practices.
    Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software reliability and maintainability.
    Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
    Stay current with evolving front-end frameworks, tools, and industry best practices.


    Qualifications & Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
    10+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer.
    Proven expertise in React, , and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
    Strong proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
    Deep understanding of micro-frontends, module federation, and core web/browser principles.
    Experience with testing frameworks (unit and integration).
    Solid experience using Git and working in Agile/Scrum environments.
    Excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.
