- Ensure continuity of nursing services and oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of quality care.
- Conduct assessments for residents who may require special attention due to falls, declining health, or other concerns.
- Act as the main point of contact for staffing and family matters on site.
- Participate in auditing and quality assurance activities when needed.
- Demonstrate commitment to ethical practices as directed by the Corporate Compliance Office.
- Current RN license in New York State.
- Associate's degree or higher in nursing from an accredited school.
- Preferred minimum of 1 year experience in a skilled nursing setting.
- Strong leadership skills to supervise a diverse team and manage various backgrounds effectively.
- Excellent time management, organizational, verbal and written communication, and critical thinking skills.
