The Safety Coordinator supports the Health & Safety Manager and department in maintaining a safe, compliant, and health-conscious workplace within a bakery manufacturing environment. This role provides technical, administrative, and field support for health and safety programs, regulatory compliance, incident management, and employee health monitoring.Responsibilities
- Assist the Health & Safety Manager and Health & Safety Department in providing technical and administrative support to internal and external customers.
- Coordinateand support healthand safetactivities across the facility,includng collaborationwith operations,maintenance,sanitation,fodd safety,qaulity assurance(QA),HR.engineering,and contractors.
- Conduct routinefield observations,hazard assessments,internal audits,to identifyhealthandsafetyrisks,includng machinguardingdeficiencies,and recommendcorrectiveimprovement.
