    We are seeking career minded individuals to join our new state-of-the-art Customer Experience Center. Our Customer Experience Coordinators are caring, empathetic and efficient. They are wonderful at understanding other's needs, great listeners, punctual, dependable, and have strong work ethics. They recognize the importance of creating positive experiences for our clients and coworkers.

    We strive to provide outstanding customer service to both external and internal clients.

    We take care of inbound calls regarding service, billing, and other topics, as well as calling back to arrange, confirm, and/or seek future appointments.

    We strive to schedule appointments promptly and efficiently.

    This role has excellent growth potential within our organization

    Responsibilities

    • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and/or social media.
    • Log customer's information in the customer service database.
    • Communicate service info to units.
    • Inputs error free data into database.
    • Provides the best solutions possible to customers issues.
    • Analyzes concerns and determines best course of action.
    • Navigates multiple screens to obtain, copy or transfer information.
    • Calls customers to update/renew memberships and provide other services.
    • Provides quality work minimizing errors and making sure processes are followed.
    • Promote membership products or services to customers.
