    Your Role

    Our product development team in Kotka and Tampere develops electrical and automation design software to help our customers have successful engineering projects.

    Now we are looking for an Electrical Software Testing Engineer who can contribute to our development in this area.


    As part of the team, you plan and execute tests, develop testing processes, and work in close cooperation with the development team to ensure the quality of our software.

    Daily you perform various types of testing including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Most important for you is to identify, document, and track software defects through the testing lifecycle. Your contribution to the continuous improvement of the software development process is crucial for our product development.

    What We Expect From You

    To thrive in this role, you should hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or a related field, with at least a few years of experience from electrical engineering or software testing.

    Experience from CAD design applications is much appreciated. You are proactive, analytic, and persistent and used to reporting your findings accurately. You are fluent in English even though you work mainly in Finnish within your team. Your enthusiasm for collaborating closely with the development team and you have the ambition to grow within your role. Most importantly you are eager to learn CADMATIC software and understand our customers' needs and user experience. You understand that our high-quality products and flexible mindsets are essential for our future growth.
