    We are actively seeking candidates to fill a Data Analyst position.

    The Data Analyst will work with the Business Intelligence team that handles the business's growing database, business analytic, and reporting needs.

    This role is responsible for partnering with the Finance team to help create and maintain quarterly financial reporting, product and marketing reporting, as well as aid in Salesforce integration.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
    Design, Build and Maintain Reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
    Advanced TSQL Stored Procedures
    Power BI Dashboards
    Analyze the client requirements and design technical solutions based on those requirements.

    Work with the product owner in an agile (scrum) development to ensure adequate requirements are available to scope, estimate, and plan work.

    Support and maintenance of the reporting and Datamart environments.
    Perform day to day troubleshooting of reporting and ETL issues.
    Develop testing and implementation strategy, conduct appropriate functional and performance testing to identify and resolve process bottlenecks and data quality
    issues.
    Responsible for providing accurate and timely communication of the status of assignment, job responsibilities, and the resolution of problems to the appropriate
    parties following established policies and procedures.
    Key member of the Salesforce implementation and Business Intelligence team from start to finish and responsible for maintaining data on an ongoing basis
    Performs data analysis from finance platforms such as Intacct, Salesforce, ClubReady application software, WorldPay portal, and ClubReady database to create dashboards for business use

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
    A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any discipline), or closely related field of study is preferred
    3+ years of experience working with financial data is preferred
    3+ years' experience with Microsoft technologies, including MS SQL Server, SQL
    Server Reporting Services (SSRS), T-SQL, Stored Procedures, and Power BI
    3+ years experience performing data analyst tasks
    3+ years' experience working with and managing large volumes of data within a SQL Server environment
    Advanced excel skills including external data source connections and pivot tables
