The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a critical role in supporting our Sales Teams and Account Managers by opening doors to new opportunities.
BDRs help drive growth by identifying and engaging potential new clients, as well as uncovering cross-sell and upsell opportunities within our existing customer base
Responsibilities
- Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects in various C-level positions.
- Be able to quickly build report with prospects while creating interest in Concentrix services.
