    Role Overview: As a Service Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences. Join our dynamic team where you'll oversee serving lines, train new staff, and maintain precise portion control. Your friendly demeanor will create a welcoming atmosphere for customers, while your communication skills will keep our team aligned and informed.

    Core Responsibilities:
    • Supervisory Oversight: Ensure proper garnishing of serving lines, train new service employees, and enforce portion control techniques as instructed by management.
    • Customer Service Excellence: Provide friendly and helpful service to customers, addressing any concerns promptly and courteously.
    • Communication and Coordination: Communicate effectively with production and front-of-house staff regarding any issues and assist the Service Manager with various aspects of service and scheduling.
    • Event Coordination and Decoration: Assist in setting up serving lines, creating signage for special events, and decorating the front of the house to enhance the customer experience.
    Qualifications:
    • Front of House Supervision: Two-year minimum experience
    • College degree preferred but not necessary
    • Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced settings
    • Basic computer knowledge
