In this role, you will:
Perform subsystemdefinition,preliminaryanddetaileddesign,designimplementation(coding),subsystemand systemintegrationandtestsforasubsystem.

Participate insoftwarerequirementreview,preliminaryandcritical design,integrationreadinessreview,andsoftwareacceptancereview.

Researchproblemsdiscoveredbyquality assurance,productsupportorcustomer,anddevelopssolutionstotheproblems.

Support proposalefforts.

Representstheorganizationinprovidingsolutionsto difficulttechnicalproblemsassociatedwithspecificprojects during frequentinterorganizationalandoutsidecustomercontacts.

Participateinsoftwarerequirementsreview,preliminaryandcriticaldesignreviews,integrationreadiness review,andsoftwareacceptancereviews.

Research problemsanddevelopingsolutions

Collaboratewithandmentorsoftwareandintegration engineerstoestablishanddriveoperationalacceptancecriteriaforprojectsandfeatures.

Workalongsidetheteamtoincreasequality,resiliency,reducerisk,anddriveefficienciesindevelopment, release,andoperationaltasks.

SupportthebridgebetweenInformationTechnologyandtheDevelopmentOperations,workingwithIT closelyonmanagingsystems,VMs,andotheraspectsoftheITportionoftheDevOpsprocess.

We want YOU on our team if you have:

At least - 7 years of related industry experience developing software applications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field


Required experiencein or with:
DevOpspipelines large‐scale softwaredevelopment,maintenance,orsupportofsoftwareprogramsand etc.preferred) GitLab,GitHub,Bitbucketexperiencerequired(additional experiencewithcommand‐lineandLinuxOS

Experienceadministeringgitversioncontrolsystems,gitVMWare

DevelopingwiththePythonlanguage ,gcc/g++,Java,Ada experiencepreferred) CMakesoftwaresystemsin*nix.(large‐scaleCompilingandreleasing

laguagesprogramingReviewingcompileroutputandidentifyingerrorsindifferent

DevelopingsoftwarewithAgiledevelopmentmethodologies.

Designing,implementingandoperatingbuild&releaseautomationandcontinuousintegration anddeployment.

Managingoperationalmonitoring,metrics,andloggingsystems.

Scripting/automationdevelopmentskills.

Demonstratedhistoryofseekingoutandbringinginnewideas.

Unixsystemadministrationskillspreferablyinacontainerfocusedenvironment.

Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills.
Experiencereleasingsoftwareandinterfacingwith customersandQApreferred.

Enthusiasmforcollaborative,iterativedevelopment,highquality,androbustsystems.

Abilitytodesignandimplementrobustandmaintainableutilities.

UScitizenshiprequiredinordertoobtainandmaintainaSecretGovernmentClearance


Other desired qualifications include:
Current U.S. DOD Secret Security Clearance
