We are currently looking for an entrepreneurial Project Manager to help Pinterest achieve our full potential in international markets.Localization at Pinterest is not just responsible for translation, but for cultural adaptation of everything related to the experience with Pinterest products, websites, and marketing assets to provide Pinners with an experience that feels local.

Implement scalable end-to-end localization frameworks. Plan and manage localization schedules, collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors to define requirements and manage timelines.
Work closely with one or more internal Pinterest teams responsible for content development.
Ensure smooth and scalable localization handoffs and deliveries with the localization vendor and maintain regular communications with them to ensure that both sides are set up for success on an ongoing basis.
Analyze current pain points in workflows, identify gaps or inefficiencies, actively provide recommendations for scalable solutions, and document localization workflows.
Maintain process documentation.Support the linguistic quality program by partnering with vendors and/or internal team members and delivering content for regular LQAs.
Educate and guide cross-functional stakeholders on internationalization and localization best practices.
Skills
What we're looking for:
2 years of experience in localization project management.
Demonstrated knowledge of internationalization and localization standards and best practices.
Someone comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a demonstrated ability to manage priorities and projects and the right mix of organizational and communication skills.
Experience with localization platforms, file formats, and CAT tools.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and passionate about working cross-functionally and cross-culturally.
Experience analyzing data sets, defining metrics and creating dashboards that can be used to make business decisions.
Experience prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of a second (or third) language.
