Job summary

The Long Term Care Ombudsman (LTCO) Program assures implementation of policies and procedures promulgated by the State and Federal government as well as those of FSA.
The LTCO Representative visits long term care facilities and investigates reports of complaints and suspected elder and dependent adult abuse in long term care facilities.
This position reports to the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program Supervisor.
FSA strives to be a trauma-informed organization, actively identifying methods to support staff balance their own self-care with caring for others.

Sample Job Duties:
