- Inspect, and maintain HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation components.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions and issues, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant problems.
- Install, repair, or replace HVAC system components, including compressors, motors, thermostats, fans, ductwork, and refrigerant lines.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, work performed, and parts used for billing and documentation purposes.
- Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment in a clean, organized, and safe manner.
- Collaborate with other HVAC team members and contractors as needed to complete projects efficiently.
- Participate in occasional on-call rotations for after-hours and emergency HVAC service calls.
- Provide exceptional customer service by arriving on time, communicating clearly, and maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.

- Heavy lifting pounds, ladder work, and tight space work required from time to time
- Ability to pick up a minimum of 25 pounds consistently and carry up to 250 feet unassisted
