- Assign employees daily tasks and monitor dispatch and assign new/updated tasks as the dispatch changes
- Interview and hire new employees
- Train new and existing employees as required
- Prepare and conduct employee performance reviews
- Follow disciplinary procedures for those employees exhibiting unsatisfactory behavior or performance
- Monitor productivity and the quality of parts/products
- Review and sign off on weekly timesheets and monitor employees' PTO
- Check work orders when delivered and enter proper paperwork
- Monitor parts, record sheets, paperwork, stock levels, sales orders and budget
- Enter all paperwork needed (p/o receipt to stock, w/o receipt to stock, misc. issue, w/o picklist, etc.)
- Complete cycle counts
- Complete any minor maintenance required in area and on machines
- Work closely with Mfg. Engineering (router changes, new routers, set run times, problems with fixtures, procedures, etc.)
- Complete a monthly safety walk and continually monitor safety

Job Description
A Team Leader coordinates the details of daily work and strives to maintain the goals set by Management. A Team Leader is an extension of Management's authority.
Abilities: AS/400, Leadership skills and people skills. Confidentiality on all business matters
Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
Experience: Previous Supervisory Experience a plus
