    Hazen and Sawyer is seeking Project Managers to join our growing Hartford and Boston offices.

    The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about the water and wastewater industry, possessing confident and articulate communication skills and a commitment to quality.

    He/she will also aspire to expand Hazen's list of satisfied clients.

    Education and Experience Requirements:
    Bachelor of Science in Environmental, Civil, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering
    10+ years of relevant experience
    PE license (with the ability to obtain reciprocity within six months of employment)
    Microsoft Office proficiency
    Proven leadership capabilities

    Responsibilities will include:
    Leading and managing project teams in the evaluation, planning, design, and construction of water, wastewater, and/or stormwater-related projects
    Overseeing multiple project budgets and schedules proactively
    Supervising and mentoring less experienced staff
    Developing new clients and maintaining existing client relations (supported by Hazen's Connecticut staff, New England offices, and New York headquarters)
    Collaborating with Hazen's New England leadership team
    Traveling within the New England and New York areas (limited)
