    Job Requirements

    Education Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field

    Certifications Requirements:
    Current valid state license, CPR certification, and Basic Life Support (BLS)

    Experience Requirements:
    Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience

    Other Requirements:
    Ability to work flexible days, strong communication skills, and adaptability to clinical settings

    Job Responsibilities
    Provide individualized therapy assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
    Collaborate with the therapy team, including PTAs and SLPs, to ensure seamless patient care and effective caseload management.
    Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes using PCC and Net Health systems.
    Execute patient treatments in accordance with facility protocols and clinical best practices.
    Adjust therapy interventions based on patient response, ensuring optimal recovery outcomes.
