    If youre interested in joining a team that is dedicated to your development and safety-look no further We are currently looking for a Customer Service RepresentativeDuties:Provide support to internal and outside sales of company products in an efficient and courteous manner, ensuring proper recording and processing of sales.

    Receive, process, and confirm all direct customer phone, email or faxed purchases.
    Assist all customers with pricing, literature, inquiries, and information requests in a professional and timely manner.
    Communicate closely with production, shipping and dispatching regarding order status and updates.
    Build and maintain customer relations by providing excellent customer service.
    Answer operators general incoming calls when needed while providing a response or redirecting the call to the appropriate party.
    Prepare billing and shipping orders when needed.
    Update system with revised orders (quantity, date, price) and cancelations.
    Research and follow up on all backorders, mis-shipments, and price discrepancies.
    Keep customers updated with order status including delivery schedules and/or delays. Invoice Sales Representatives when necessary.
    Make all weekly outbound customer sales calls.
    Purchase buy-out products when needed.

    Input inventory data when scheduled (may require working on a Saturday).Assist and process job quotes when Inside Sales Representative is out, or when needed.

    Other duties may be assigned.


    Requirements:
    CEMCO is an industrial, machine shop environment.

    Associates or college degree in Business Administration and/or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred but not necessary.
    Proficient in Microsoft Windows (including Word and Excel) as well as effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.


    Schedule:
    Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 PM. Overtime may be required.
