Family Medicine Physician - San Bernardino

Job description
We are hiring an immediate full-time or part-time Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care in an ambulatory clinic setting.
Deliver direct care across all ages, including assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for acute and chronic conditions.Perform preventive services such as exams, immunizations, screenings, and women's health.
Manage chronic diseases and coordinate care with specialists and providers.
Order, interpret tests, prescribe medications, and document in EMR systems.
Participate in quality improvement, supervise staff, and support regulatory compliance.
Work in a fast-paced environment, providing culturally competent care and adhering to organizational policies.
Qualifications include MD/DO from an accredited school, residency in Family Medicine, board certification or eligibility, active license, DEA, BLS (ACLS preferred), and experience in outpatient or underserved settings preferred.
