Sheboygan Senior Community is hiring a compassionate and dedicated Day Shift LPN to join our outstanding team. If you're passionate about person-centered care and want to make a daily difference in the lives of seniors, we want to hear from you
New Wage Scale: Pay $27 - $39 pay is based on experience
Shift Details:
12-Hour Shifts (6:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
Full-Time Position - 36 hours per week
Every 3rd Weekend Rotation
Pay $27 - $39 depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Monitor resident health and update care plans
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
- Supervise and support CNAs and caregiving staff
- LPN license in the State of Wisconsin
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred

We provide short-term rehab, assisted living, skilled nursing, and end of life care to 85 residents in 4 households.
