    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is pivotal in delivering outstanding customer support while requiring strong communication skills and effective problem-solving abilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process orders, credit notes, complaints, and other requests
    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, actively identifying sales opportunities
    • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency
    • Promote and upsell products to meet customer needs

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant customer service and/or sales experience in an office or call-center environment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong problem-solving abilities, turning customer interactions into sales opportunities

    Benefits:
